Currently we are offering FREE standard USPS shipping to the USA ONLY, effective 8/5/2022. Please call for questions.
Our standard shipping method is United States Postal Service. Most orders ship with 24 to 48 hours. What We Currently Offer:
First-Class Mail® service which is an affordable and easy way to send envelopes and lightweight packages up to 13 oz.
Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. Prices start at $7.70 depending on the weight and destination of your package.
Priority Mail Express® overnight to 2-day delivery service. Prices start at $26.35. Depending on the weight and destination of your package.
RETURNS POLICY
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. Often if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor, friend or family member received the package and forgot to tell them.
Unclaimed Packages
We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged product
All of our products are shipped out in NEW condition. If your package arrived damaged, partially opened, etc. You will need to submit a claim with the carrier for a refund. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. You have the option to purchase insurance on your package, so that if something like this occurs your package will be covered. Ordered the Wrong product
We gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit towards future purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must be returned in good, re-sellable condition in order for a credit to be granted. Please email us for your Return Authorization Number (RAN) @ mail@naturalrxandwellness.com
